1. Eligibility for Returns You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Custom-made or personalized artwork orders are final and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 2. Damaged or Defective Items If your artwork arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will review the case promptly and arrange for a replacement or a full refund. 3. Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
