How cancellation and refund requests work for RACOPAES Business Account subscriptions.
Last updated
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to paid RACOPAES Business Account subscriptions and related platform charges. It does not govern products or services sold by independent companies through their RACOPAES storefronts. For a company purchase, review that seller's published returns and refunds policy and contact the company directly.
2. Subscription billing and seller
The standard Business Account plan is billed annually. Price, applicable taxes, renewal terms and the seller of record will be identified before payment or on your purchase receipt.
For subscriptions sold through Paddle as merchant of record, Paddle handles the purchase, applicable refunds and payment disputes under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. For any transaction billed through another seller or method, follow the details on your receipt or contact RACOPAES.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You may request cancellation of a renewable subscription at any time. Where a subscription is sold through Paddle, use the Manage subscription link in your purchase confirmation email or visit Paddle buyer support. You may also contact RACOPAES for guidance.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund an existing charge. Access may end earlier if a refund is issued or access is restricted under the applicable terms.
4. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed under the seller's applicable refund policy, the circumstances of the purchase and mandatory consumer protection law. Where Paddle is the seller, a request made within 14 calendar days of a transaction may be considered for a discretionary refund, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Statutory withdrawal or refund rights, where applicable, are separate and remain protected.
Unless required by law or approved by the seller, unused subscription time, a decision not to use the platform, or cancellation after billing does not automatically entitle a customer to a full or prorated refund. If company verification is declined or a paid service cannot be provided, contact us with the purchase details so the circumstances can be reviewed.
5. How to request a refund
For purchases sold through Paddle, follow the refund or support link on your receipt, or submit a request through paddle.net. For other purchases, or if you need help identifying your transaction, email contact@racopaes.com.
Include the billing email, transaction or invoice reference, payment date and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details.
6. Approved refunds and disputes
If a refund is approved, the seller or payment provider generally returns funds to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the provider, bank and payment method. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled under the payment provider's rules and applicable law.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law. If a legal right provides more protection than a seller's standard refund terms, that right takes precedence.
8. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when billing arrangements or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the published version. See also our Terms of service and Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to contact@racopaes.com.
